Young forest cultivation is one of our most important services, ensuring strong and and
healthy forest growth. This process consists of several sequential tasks: mowing grass and caring
for young stands, which help trees grow evenly and maintain their resilience.
After forest replanting, our teams regularly carry out grass-cutting work to
protect seedlings from competing vegetation. During the first years, while
seedlings still small, we pay special attention to precision and care – this allows
to preserve each valuable sapling and reduce the need for additional maintenance work
in the future.
In later stages, we carry out young stand cultivation work, during which
the formation of proper forest density and species composition are formed. In this way, we create
conditions for more even tree growth, stronger trunks, and a more resilient,
vital forest.
The cultivation of young trees is a purposeful process that our team carries out in several
stages, ensuring even and healthy forest growth. These works are usually carried out in the 5th–6th, 9th–10th
and 15th–18th years after forest planting, depending on the location and condition of the vegetation.
Our specialists carry out thinning and maintenance work, during which trees,
shrubs, and other vegetation that hinder the growth of target species are removed. In this way, we form
the appropriate forest density, improve light penetration, and ensure that the strongest
trees develop evenly.
Carefully maintained forests become more resistant to wind and snow, and grow better in diameter,
accumulate more biomass, while their trunks remain straight and strong. Properly cultivated forests
gain greater value – both ecological and economic.
